Punch Magazine ​was a British weekly magazine of satire and humor which ran from 1841 to 1992 and 1996 to 2002.
It published 500,000 cartoons from the world's best cartoonists which captured life in the 19th and 20th centuries.
John Leech was an English caricaturist, illustrator, and wood-engraver who worked for Punch from 1841 until his death in 1864. His work largely contributed to making the magazine a huge success. Click here to see more of his cartoons.
